APC CONCERN MEMBERs FORUM (Formerly cpc ) 22nd Sept, 2014 The chairman, council of Ulamas and Imams, Kaduna State. Assalamu Alaikum RE-DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER BY ONE MALLAM ISA ABDULLAHI: DEMAND FOR REPETITION With due respect and honour, our attention has been drawn on the above subject matter in which one Shehu ABG claimed that he rendered innumerable financial, orientation academic religion and humanitarian assistance to our chairman Malam Isah Abdullahi and Alshabab College U/Dosa. Such as payment of 68 students extra-moral classes in 2011/2012 academic session. Also paid examination fee of this students for NECO and JAMB. And for the of payment school fees of 100 students of the same Al-shabab college. He said he sponsored 150 women in the same college for Skill acquisition and after the training, he gave the trainees N5000 each. So as the members of the above names forum we want to categorically stated that all these mentioned assistance as said by Shehu ABG was executed through the above named forum only, not Malam Isa Abdullahi or Madarasatu Hadanatu Shabbabil Islamiyyah U/Dosa. Malam Isah Abdullahi and the School only assisted the forum with the venue to run the so called program free of charge. Also even the chalk use throughout the program and the printing of screening exams question papers for the two set of program was provided by the forum and the School not Shehu ABG. Also all the beneficiaries were drawn from all the five (5) wards of Kawo Constituency through party leaders (then CPC) and his 5 special assistance of each ward. And all the funds for the programs were paid through his U/Dosa SA and his representative, Zakariya Abubakar and Usman M. Wada respectively not Malam Isa or the school. Also he is owing the forum two months allowance of the 8 employed teachers for said extra moral lesson which amounted to N160,000 and until now he did not pay. And the Hadanatu shababil islam spent N80,000 in buying past neco question papers and setting the screening examination and also he did not pay till today. After any program executed by the forum not Malam Isah or his school, a report was submitted to him by the forum through his assigned committee for accountability, and herewith find attach copy of such report for your perusal. With the above explanation we concluded that it is he Shehu ABG who wanted to defame Malam Isa’s character by making these false claims to one of the most revered Malam of our area. Therefore, we call on the council of Ulama and Imams to carefully look into these false allegations take action against this trend as it can happen to any one of you as the leaders of Islam. And we are ever ready to appear before you and depend our argument if situation warranted.
