SURFACE ANGER, that we can see and feel isnt the anger that gets us into trouble, its the ANGER thats under the surface of our everyday lives that we havent dealt with. It sits there, quiet and motionless. Hiding in a dark corner of our mind, waiting for the moment to grab its next victim. We get so used to it, that we forget its even there. It waits to explode into our lives and when it does, it quietly eats away everything around us. Pretty soon, many relationships and all kinds of areas in our lives are a mess. ANGER, is a deadly emotion to be carrying around in our lives. It wants everything its way, not caring who or what it destroys. Theres only ONE way to deal with anger........and that is to give it away. The Bible says; we can cast all our cares on Jesus, and he will deal with it. If you havent been able to get rid of anger in your life, quit holding on to it. Go to Jesus in prayer, He WILL take it away. Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. (Psalms 55:22 NKJV) Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
