This implies that victories will be attained as we journey, make progress or engage in the process of advancement. Also, our level of dominion is directly proportional to our extent of advancement. Every step taking forward is a backward step for our enemies. The retreat, withdrawal, driving of the enemies will be initiated by the every bold step of advancement. The individual pace is relative; whatever the pace, ensure there is progress. No stagnancy, no retreat and no idleness; just strategically advance. 5 The LORD your God will make them retreat from you, and he will drive them away as you advance. You shall have their land, as the LORD your God has promised you. 9 The LORD has driven great and powerful nations out as you advanced, and no one has ever been able to stand against you.
