ATTENTION: CANDIDATES FOR THE CLP EXAMINATION 2013 STATUTE BOOKS ALLOWED DURING THE EXAMINATION All candidates of the CLP Examination in 2013 are again reminded that the only statutes which can be referred to during the examination is as set out in paragraph 11(a) – (d), pages 2 & 3, Peraturan dan Arahan Peperiksaan Kepada Calon-Calon Peperiksaan Sijil Amalan Guaman (available at the main page of the Qualifying Board’s portal) and paragraph 4(d) (iv) of the letter to candidates who have re-registered titled “Peperiksaan Utama Sijil Amalan Guaman Tahun 2013”. Candidates are advised to ensure that the statute books which are brought into the Examination Hall for the Professional Practice and Evidence papers on 8 and 10 July 2013, respectively, DO NOT contain any other statute, rule and/ or regulation than those which are allowed.
