ATTENTION CONGREGATION! We need YOU! We are seeking out volunteers to make our annual Turkey Dinner happen this year. This is a HUGE event that requires help from the congregation. Interested? If so, please attend the informational meeting on Monday, August 19 at 7pm to find out where you are needed. Without a lot of help and many volunteers, this dinner will not take place. A portion of our dinner’s proceeds go to charitable organizations in the area. WENDY’S NIGHT FUNDRAISER Meet up at Wendy’s Restaurant on 135th Street and Rt. 59 in Plainfield for dinner on Wednesday, August 21st between 5-8PM and support the church at the same time. A percentage of the proceeds during those hours will be given back to our church. Dine in or drive thru…let Wendy do the cooking for you! LADIES NIGHT OUT Ladies of the congregation are invited for evening out with fellow women of the church. This is a casual get-together to hang out with old friends and to meet new ones. Join us on Friday, August 23 at 6:30pm at the Panera Bread in Plainfield on 127th St and Rt. 59. Come when you can and stay as long as you’d like. No reservations are needed.
