ATTENTION East Montgomery, Ryan Road, Wynlakes, Deer Creek, and Pike Road residents: PLEASE read this. Watch out for a brownish/charcoal color Caprice/Impala car (2009ish or newer) with a *crazy* driver. Today as I picked up one of my children at STJUMC I turned right onto Ryan road (towards Chantilly Parkway), and the car (mentioned above) in front of me started shooting me the bird by holding his arm out of his window. Then he started driving incredibly slow, then pulled over to the side of the road. And before I could pass him he darted out in front of me and held his arm out again. He did this two more time before he eventually turned onto Plantation Road, and again held out his arm to me. Plantation Road has the pink houses and is a very short road, if you have driven down Ryan Road. Its almost across the street from River Region Pine Straw. A while back a close friend, and Pike Road resident, told me about how a guy had chased her down on Ryan Road several times. And basically harassed her and tried to run her off the road trying to cause an accident. She said he would always shoot her the bird. She reported him to the police, and apparently several other people had as well. He is also known to travel wynlakes and drive closely behind women. He has served jail time and has a history, and is known to be dangerous and mentally off with erratic behavior. Please be on the look out for him, and DO NOT feed into any of his traffic annoyances. Stay away from him at all costs!
