THE RESCHEDULING OF THE FIGHT IS 100% THE FAULT OF THE EL PASO FIGHTERS THAT DID NOT TURN IN THEIR MEDICALS The promotion or promoter is not responsible for the undisciplined and the lack of effort on the EL Paso Fighters that did not turn in their medicals. But will offer a refund to MMA fans It is not the fans fault. Refunds will take 3-4 weeks process or you can hold on to your ticket for next event Nov 1st Pending tdlr approval. I would strongly suggest to ask your fighter DID YOU TURN IN YOUR MEDICALS ON TIME? Out of 14 matches In El Paso I only had a total of 4 match ups approved and completed medicals turned in before required deadline for the state of Texas. The state requires a min of six bouts to throw a fight. I am forced to reschedule the El Paso event to Nov 1st Pending tdlr approval, I have been two weeks in El Paso Marketing the fight hounding fighters to turn in their medicals and given them many deadlines but unable to get the medicals in since fighters have not turned them in on time I am unable to meet state requirements, I will offer a refund to the people that purchase tickets. I will be rescheduling the fight and be working with the fighters that turned in their medicals for Nov 1 pending tdlr approval If I had ANY possible way of throwing the fight meeting state requirements on at least the 6 matches I would - Nael Chavez Licensed Promoter #39
