Aaarrggghhhh...I have FOUR cases with discovery!! I HATE discovery!! Discovery is when the opposing party sends you interrogatories to ask you questions about the case such as, did you and your spouse have any agreements regarding your property, production of documents where the opposing party can ask for documents they need for evidence such as title deeds, bank statements, etc., and requests for admission where the opposing party asks you direct questions that you have to admit or deny and your answers can be used against you at trial such as, Admit or deny that you voluntarily signed a Quitclaim Deed transferring your interest in the marital residence to your spouse. Not to mention, all of these are due 30 days from the date of service. Im so screwed...FOUR cases all due! I want my Mommy!!
