He also played a big part in the nelson dog park being reduced and fenced in and he keeps saying its a success when it wasnt. He is also the one who lied about park rangers being allowed to ticket dog owners. The bottom line is this: They have no right to repeatedly portray dog owners as some criminals for giving our dogs the exercise and socialization they require which is also the law when they have done absolutely nothing in the 6 years of power to give us more off leash space. THEIR ENTIRE GOAL IS FOCUS ON DOG ENFORCEMENT TO GENERATE INCOME FROM US. I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THE HEAD PARK RANGER TO JOHN GRAY MANAGER OF ANIMAL CONTROL STATING JUST THIS. I AM GOING TO SCAN IT AND POST: Why would a park ranger be emailing animal control stating this is great way to make money off this person park rangers and the parks board dont deal with dog bylaws, that is the city.
