About Friendly Neighbors Forum: We are a forum for sharing information about the Friendly Neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon. The forum is an independent project which supports the work of neighborhood groups including Common Ground Garden, Friendly Area Neighbors, Eugene Southtowne Rotary, the Madison Meadow project, A Safer Eugene & Lane County, Diverse Eugene, SouthTowne Business Association, Eugene Neighborhoods and other community-based organizations. We serve the area between 18th on the north and 28th/29th on the south -- and between Chambers on the west and Amazon Creek on the eastern boundary. (This area includes the West Friendly flats, College Hill, Southtowne/South Willamette & West Amazon.) NOTE: This is a forum for constructive, civil discussion.
