About a year ago I was sitting in Silver Hill Hospitals Lodge where I was placed in the Transitional Living Program which was based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT)...I was out of control and my life was out of control. Now I am still in DBT and I havent gone back to the hospital for a year. Not only did DBT make my life tolerable it saved my life and so did the people I met on that journey...I honestly couldnt have made it through this journey without the help of my guidance counselor Joy Anne, one of my best friends Rita Posillico, another one of the greatest people I know whos still here for me today Kristina Insingo , all of my family and friends and the amazing people I met at Silver Hill Hospital...thank you for everything youve done for me 💗
