According to research compiled by The Barna Group, Focus on the Family, Fuller Seminary, and the Institute on Church Leadership Development, 1,500 pastors leave the ministry permanently each month in America. 80% of pastors and 85% of their spouses feel discouraged in their roles. There is more but here is the big question, Are you praying for your pastor? They need your prayers. They need your encouragement and they need your love.
