According to the PMBOK , the total number of communication channels are calculated using the following equation: n(n-1)/2. (PMI, 2013) The project organization would be based on the requirements that the stakeholders give to the project manager. All of the major project details would be listed in the scope and this would be presented to the stakeholders for their approval. Design engineer would need to be consulted with for input on the design of the rocket. Procurement engineer would need to be consulted to make sure that the supplies are adequate to support the rocket specifications. Production manager would need to be consulted to get an understanding of the capability of manufacturing the rocket. The logistics of the project would need to be communicated with each involved person. They would include the location of the supplies, the design for the rocket, and the time of the launch.
