Account Executive Experienced Sales Client Account and Affiliate Origination and Management Brazil Contagem MG Account Executive demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. - Lead the team in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication - Define entitlement and identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability - Interface directly with the marketing organization to drive high value solutions leveraging the portfolio - Serve as a conduit for solutions detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer - Build customer relationships and communication at all levels - Drive At the Customer, For The Customer (ACFC) programs with key focus on deepening customer relationships and direct demand generation - Matrix with existing functional and P&L teams to achieve growth objectives - Structure, price, negotiate and close deals - Successfully interface with Corporate and Washington Operations as required - Actively participate in community events with the customer - Utilize six sigma tools & methodologies to drive improvements in key processes for the customer - Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college - At least 10 additional years of experience of direct sales, account or team leadership experience - Solid experience in business development or building growth plans is preferred - Able to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the CEO staff level - Strategic or product marketing exposure - Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions - Able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills MBA Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred Strong program management ability Embedded, Program Manager, Business Development, Sales, Account Executive, Technology, Management
