Across the country tonight, communities will come together at block parties as part of National Night Out--an annual event that encourages neighbors to get to know one another to promote crime prevention and public safety. The San Francisco Police Department will be hosting National Night Out events this evening at each of their district stations. Ill be stopping by Central Stations BBQ at Joe DiMaggio Playground on 651 Lombard Street at around 5pm. At 6:30, Ill be joining friends over at the Northern Station event at Ella Hill Hutch Community Center on 1050 McAllister Street. Finally tonight, Ill be stopping by the Bayview for the National Night Out event at Youngblood-Coleman Playground on 1398 Hudson Avenue. Hope to see you and your neighbors tonight!
