Acts 2:24 But God raised him (Jesus) from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was IMPOSSIBLE for death to KEEP ITS HOLD on him. 1 Peter 3:18-19 He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit, through whom also he went and preached to the spirits in prison who disobeyed long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. When Jesus died He went and preached in hell, but death couldnt even hold Him! When you give your life to Jesus and His Blood washes away your sins it becomes IMPOSSIBLE for death or the devil to keep his hold on us! As Christians we need to study the Word of God in order to realize how much power we have through the Holy Spirit! Death can not keep a hold of us whether its bondage, negativity, or anything that is trying to separate us from the Love of God. We are stronger than what the world is telling us! We as Christians need to stand together and encourage one another to help each other stand firm in the faith.. Acts 2:14 mentions, That Peter STOOD up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd:.... They stood TOGETHER!
