Actually, I disagree with this video... the person the caused the wreck was the one taking the video... first of all she is going 49 on the left lane... if she actually read the DPS book, she would know the left lane is for passing only... obviously she is on a highway, I know no highway with a speed limit less than 55 MPH... second she is obviously goading the driver of the truck by going slow and dangerously video taping it... which is worse than using a cell phone because obviously she has to take her eyes off the road to get a good tape... of course the truck driver is not completely without fault, however if the video taper was on the right lane, where she belonged, according to DPS Law... none of this wouldve happened... I like you Glenn Beck, but you missed this one buddy... This video can possibly be used to sue/ convict the video taper...
