Actually took a video of some lifting. Could be something new I do. Well see. Before people can comment about it: 1. Straps: Im not a Power or Olympic lifter 2. Sumo: I dead lift sumo because of back issues. I assume it comes from my lack of hip flexibility, which I am working on. Sumo puts my back in a better position to not get injuried 3. Balding: I know my forehead is getting bigger. I have my dads hairline. 4. Stout Barbell: Yes its an awesome gym If you are Fort Wayne, you should check it out. https://youtube/watch?v=BAT3xVU0CwA
