Added this paragraph in the Statement of Claim: "4. The Plaintiff also seeks the court to institute an urgent injunctive relief on the Defendant to relocate all the new expatriate teachers who are in Defendant’s schools in Indonesia, without work permit granted by the Indonesian authorities. The costs of relocation to Singapore or back to their home country, and the income and benefits as agreed in the employment contracts of these new expatriate teachers employed by the Defendant, under fraudulent and false representations, must be bourned by the Defendant throughout the agreed employment period for these new expatriate teachers, until they have been granted successfully with valid work permit by the Indonesian authorities. Please refer to Paragraph 9 on the particulars of the new expatriate teachers without work permits, currently employed by the Defendant, in NationalHigh Jakarta School. The Plaintiff requests that all other expatriate teachers in the Defendant’s three other schools in Indonesia to be under the jurisdiction of this injunction as well."
