Adjusting my specs for my Surly Troll ad. RFS: I dont want to stock anything 26 anymore, and while the Troll can handle 29/700c, I have a CrossCheck and a KM now, and the Trolls raised BB on bigger wheels feels twitchy to me, but some people dig that... Oh, and I did not buy this during the Bikezilla sale.) FRAMESET & WHEELSET at 23k FIRM. They must be sold together, unless wheels are sold FIRST. If you want the frame but dont want the wheels, find a buddy wholl buy the wheels, thats what friends are for. (If you want the wheels, be a friend to someone who wants just the frame.) FRAMESET 17.5k FIRM Surly Troll 18 frameset, eggplant. Included are a silver Surly seatpost clamp and a pewter Mortop FiveSix headset. WHEELS 8k FIRM Shimano XT 36 spoke hubs. DT Swiss gauge 14 spokes, black. Brass nipples, black. Mavic X223 disc rim front. Velocity VXC disc rim rear. Tubes (will throw in 3 extra 26 tubes). Kenda nameless touring tires, wired bead, 26 x 1.95 slick top with corner nobs. Great tires perfect for 80% road tours, deflate to enhance knobs for beyond gravel. Buy extra folding knobbies for single track, because YODO (You Only Die Once.) EXTRAS: 8 extra spokes and 8 extra nips. Just in case. DRIVETRAIN & BRAKES Shimano Deore 3 x 10 groupset. Ashima rotors, 160mm front and rear, Jagwire cables. Like new. Brand new retails for 14k plus, my price: 10k FIRM. Now, if you buy everything on this ad, you save me disassembly and the excuse to build again since I have too much stuff lying around. So... FRAMESET, WHEELSET, GROUPSET: 30K firm. If youre married and have a wife (or husband) complaining you have too many bikes and need an intervention/psychiatric care and YADDA, I will give you 500 bucks DISCOUNT for the wheelset, 1k off for frameset, 1.5k off for frameset and wheelset and 2k off if you buy everything. Less than 150km total, dial-in rides mostly. Remaining decals: Troll on top tube, FFFtm Fatties Fit Fine on chainstay, both letter Ys on the fork, Gold 4130 sticker on down tube. Most decals on parts have been removed. Head badge removed but available. Only about an inch of steerer tube has been cut. Canti posts intact and never used. Frame-savered.
