Admin & Shipping Coordinator Location: Orchard/Novena Working Hours: Mon-Thur 11am-9pm, Fri 11am-9.30pm Job Description -Product creation, PO entry,Wholesale Customer invoice entry -Data-entry of payment vouchers, invoices and related accounting work. -Keying in of AP,AR,GL and monthly closing -Organize and maintain filing system -Stock taking and resolving inventory discrepancies -Working extensively with merchandizing department,overseas suppliers and forwarding agents to ensure all the shipments of purchases from overseas are well-organized -Liaise with overseas suppliers on their shipments intrustions and liaise with forwarding agents on shipments -Managing the shipping/receiving schedules.
