Admission (2013) Rated – pg-13 107 min – Romantic comedy, Drama 1. Film quality - .5 (Stiff and mechanical. Standard camera work for this type of film.) 2. Acting - .6 (The characters were good and the acting was average.) 3. Plot - .5 (Standard romantic comedy. Not much comedy. More drama then anything.) 4. Emotion - .6 (The comedy was pretty dry and boring. Quite a bit of drama and romance though.) 5. Audio - .5 (Clear and typical. Not much music or sound effects.) 6. Direction and Comprehension - .6 (The message of the film gets across well. The story flows in a good way.) 7. Visual fx - .3 (There really is practically no stunts or effects at all. There are a few good scenes of not so average things going on but other than that nothing major visually.) 8. Script - .4 (Solid but slow execution. Not much comedy but does well in other areas. A little bit drawn out.) 9. Length - .3 (Kind of long and boring at times. ) 10. Morals - .5 (Some good morals dealing with family and life in general.) Overall rating – 4.8 Not a bad movie for a couple to watch together. Could teach people a few things.
