***Adoption Counselors and Assistants Needed*** Would you like to be a part of all these happy new beginnings? Megan, Will and Josh all found homes this week. And we can hardly keep up with the busy adoption events. We are an all volunteer organization. Adoption counselors who are passionate and detail oriented are critical to our work here. If you can devote at least 2 days a month to helping our kitties find forever homes, we want to talk with you! Adoption Counselors MUST be reliable, comfortable interacting with public, and dedicated to matching the right cat with the right family. There is also extensive paperwork so attention to detail is highly important. Time requirements are 2 events per month and additional time (at your convenience) to visit and get to know our individual cats. Adoption Assistants are also needed to help the Counselors. Assistants talk with potential adopters until a counselor is available. They know the cats personalities and can steer adopters to what they are looking for. They also hand out adoption applications. We hold adoptions at our facility in Byron Center, MI every week; Thursday 6-8pm Sunday 12-2pm We also have adoptions at PetSmart in Grandville, MI every Sunday 12-2pm.
