#Advocareupdate #halfwaypoint Well, tomorrow marks the halfway point of my weight loss challenge; it will be day 106. And, I will have 106 more to go. In the first 106 days, I have lost 92 lbs, and I only need 45 more to win the challenge. However, with that goal being very probable, there is no time for a victory speech. Here are 5 things I have learned in the first 106 days: 1. Discipline must be active every day, all day. 2. I have learned just how much food was my security blanket. Not anymore!! 3. Bodily exercise does profit little if you dont also exercise yourself in the things of God. - 1 Timothy 4:8 4. In marriage, my body does not belong to me, but it actually belongs to my wife. (1 Corinthians 7:4-14). So, how I treat my body is a reflection of how I will treat her. 5. Im loving this journey!!
