Afikpo Chic AFIKPO STANDS STILL FOR MARIA! (2) I know my people loves me. But before God and man, I never knew the love was out of control until last week. I was treated like a Governorship candidate yesterday, when I flagged off my state of assembly campaign. This is damn unreal. This is the 1st time in my state not just in my town that a whole community is standing firm on one person and saying with one voice that he or she is their CHOICE. I am honored to be the 1st recipient of such AGAPE love. Today I felt like a president of a nation because my people treated me like one. I do not know what to say than this; I will rather die than disappoint my people. That is all I can say. I am overwhelmed with the love and confidence reposed on my person by the people of Afikpo and beyond. Oh Lord help me carry this weight of excess love and confidence. Oh Lord or Lord. This is something else. I cannot believe what is going on. I never knew I was this large to my people until I came out for a post. Jesus please help me be what my people say I am, help me be more than that even. WOW. I am short of words. GET THIS: I have not spend a penny of mine for this general election campaign. My people having sending all the money to me. Brother Otu Eleri, brother Ukie, brother Anwara, brother flexible, Professor Nnenna Oti, brother Okpani, brother Azuewah, and more and more and more, sending their hard earned money to their daughter and mother just to make sure I am okay.
