African Showboyz from Ghana will be appearing the first night of the Chicago World Music Festival (Thurs. Sept 12 ) as part of Chicago Summerdance ! (a drag because we will be forced to make a choice between them or Eddie Palmieri and the huge Salsa program at the Millennium Park) --They only have one other performance --at Daley Center Plaza at Noon . I dislike seeing performers there --because of the lousy sound --but I think they are definitely worth checking out! Below they opened for Mickey Hart!
