After 2 weeks off training due to my silly chest infection I am BACK IN THE GAME!!!! Hill sprints with Doris, a short LISS run, finished off with Kettlebell full body circuits! And boy does it FEEL GOOD to be back! I may have lost a bit of muscle definition but hey... Now Im fit, healthy & feeling fabulous! I know mentally its sometimes hard to take time out girlies, but youve got to listen to your body, and your health is number 1!! Ps drink lots of green juices - they work a treat Enjoy the sunshine girlies!!!
