After 400, OOO different calf raises, 3sets of lying weighted slow tempo hamstring curls I had to do 3sets of this crap in the middle of my session!!!.....cursing your name Michael Johnson then: stupid walking lunges with Only bar, front squats and finished off with sissy squats....... Happy to report even though my legs were heavy/hard to lift to put my shoes on at the end there was NO nerve pain.
