After a fabulous day of work where I got to separate iron from trash and carry trucks and trucks, I had time to run 5 k. And with thus I can start another stage of training for the 100 miles in Florida, Iron Horse, a pleasant and great race this weekend in the San joaquin river trail 50 miles. Me dio tiempo de entrenar 5 kilómetros e iniciar mi preparación para la carrera de 100 millas en Florida primer carrera del 2015 :) ahí vamos de nuevo llenos de energía y entusiasmo Le agradezco mucho a quienes siempre nos apoyan un abrazo fuerte puro Chiquilistlan jalisco. :)))))
