After a week of eye tests, echo scans, skin and a CT Scan my results all came back looking great, and everything is heading in the right direction. The tumor in my liver is getting sooo small guys! But, why wouldn’t it be? I am giving my body all the right tools to fight it. My oncologists said to me whatever you are doing, keep doing it! I am so proud of my body, and all of my fighting cells, I cant help but reward them with love and appreciation! They are working so hard to fight off those cancer cells. I came home, made myself a BIG green juice and had a peaceful sauna session listening to the most beautiful meditation CD! I just know I am going to be OK, because I BELIEVE it. Their is nothing stronger then the power of the mind and this is my number one tool. On this journey I have been faced with every different emotion under the sun. Anger, fear, happiness, appreciation, frustration, the list goes on. But I have learnt to change my outlook positively. It has taken me some time but I have got there. In my workshops and my coaching I can help teach you these tools and help guide you on the right path to a happy healthy life. I am so passionate about helping others because I know what it can feel like to be stuck, not knowing where to start or feeling like their is no light at the end of the tunnel- but there always is!
