After being scammed of £160 back in February they said i would be refunded within 30 days. Today being the 30th day i call them to ask where the money is and they tell me that they couldnt process the refund without my consent and thats what they have been waiting on so it will now be in my bank within 10 days. Surely when i tell them i want it refunded in the first place that is clear as day to them i want my money back. Stupid people.
