You all already knew what I was having for dinner tonight: Corned beef and purple cabbage, white rose potatoes and Itallian green beens. The sliced corned beef was served with regular yellow and Dejon mustards and some horse radish for the corned beef. I made another yellow freestone peach pie for dessert tonight too. I so love this purple cabbage and the yellow peaches from Jake Rudnicks Onyx Farmers Market.
