After hearing about the tragic loss of a truly inspirational figure within the fitness industry, we thought it only apt to write a brief post and share his work. Greg Plitt was a true original and unique man in the world of fitness with such genuine drive, desire and enthusiasm he inspired millions. His attitude to life will always be what hes remembered for most with an ability to help others feel like nothing is impossible!
