After her parents and uncle were shot, 3-week-old Eliza Delacruz was taken from the familys Long Beach home by an unknown assailant. Less than 24 hours later, her body was found in a San Diego County dumpster. Detectives have few leads and need help finding the coward who committed this violent, senseless act, Long Beachs police chief said. Somebody had to have seen or heard something.
