After so many time, energy, efforts, hope and faith put in on your job to make things happen, to meet tedious deadline, to accomplished high demand iMBO targets... Can you imagine if all the hard works being put in your own business? Would it be different outcome by now? After these years, we can conclude that this VSS (or what so ever they name it) will definitely repeat by itself. Thats the unavoidable cycle! You might be safe for this round and feel that it make sense to let go of your ineffective/unaggressive senior colleagues. Remember their faces, check on their working histories, i m sure they had a wonderful glory achievements, just like u did. Perhaps its time to really ponder about your future, or where will u be in the coming 10 years?
