After the Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipeline was approved (No surprise) yesterday by the KKKlanadian Government under the direction of corporations and Fascists like Harper, the questions shouldnt be: What people are gonna do?, What the Indigenous Nations are planning to do? How they will protect their lands? What kind of tactics theyre using next?. The questions should be: What are we doing next to support this struggle? How we help to protect those unceded territories?, Are we willing to share all of our resources, money, connections and contacts with our relatives opposing this project?. These are questions that any Native person should ask her/himself, but especially Non-Native people, this is the time to show that all your time invested in workshops, presentations, events, lectures, readings about Decolonization is finally paying off, this is the moment to engage and support a truly Anti-Colonial Struggle, this is the moment to show real solidarity with Indigenous people not as an ally but as an accomplice. And to all my relatives this is the moment to support our relatives fighting for their communities and to honor ourselves, our nations, our people in this struggle to protect our Mother and all things sacred.
