My husband had a rough day at work today. He has a lot on him mind. Hes trying to figure out how to get a better job without losing the one he has because he really wants to take care of me. These are the words that God gave him to bring him comfort. When all is said and done, When all the crowds are gone, Im left again, alone and empty, I let people see what I want them to see. When I get home, And see my kids and wife: I realize that I have it all, But You in my life. So I hear Your voice, like a soft gentle breeze, And I couldnt see, That You were right next to me; Ive been told You know who I am, And that I am somehow part of Your plans. I tell others dont worry, Things are not as bad as it seems, Keep your head up; it will soon pass, That the storm youre in, will not last. But, within my own storm, I feel lost and broken; It seems there is no hope, That this turmoil will never end. So I call upon You, Are You still there? I run pass You; tho You said Youd always be near. Im not sure who I am, How can I possibly be part of the Masters plan? I find myself upon my knees, Praying that Youll come and help me. Not a word can I speak to You, And if I could, they would be few. I surrender all that I am, Broken, desperate, and empty; Where else can I go, or what can I do, How can I claim Your peace, grace and mercy. I hear Your voice deep within my heart, I run to Your open arms, I am Yours, heart, mind and soul, I am part of Your plans; this I know. Its amazing how God communicates with us. He can always calm the storm inside of us. May God bless you all.
