After the huge disappointment of Friday, its safe to come to a couple of conclusions. The way Westminister see it, Scotland has decided: 1. The expenses scandal an all the money they took from tax payers is fine by us. 2. Thatcher ripping the heart out of Scotland in the 80s is fine by us. 3. The banking crisis, in which thousands lost their jobs , is fine by us. Maybe thats not exactly why people voted No, but I feel like the bigger picture has been missed. We had to chance to say Were not going to be pushed around by you self indulgent, disconnected bunch of cunts anymore and we did not take it. Salmond may not have been the answer (and I dont think he was) but at least he had the bollocks to stand up to Westminster and drive this whole thing. But again, Dundee has proved thats its a city thats forward thinking, willing to change and throwers hat in the ring. This is a beautiful place to live with lots of beautiful bonnie people.
