After working 38 days straight, people might think that we hoteliers are workcoholiccs. What they dont understand is that we are passionate and dedicated to sophistication, top notch service, and dedicated to our guests, team, and family. It is tough to keep the balance between all of them, but we always find the way to make it happen. Serving and developing others is what move all of us in our carees. To all my colleagues and friends hoteliers, if you have never opened a hotel, I highly recommend that you find the opportunity. This experience has taken my career to another level. Working hand to hand with high Executives from the Ritz Carlton/Marriott Corporate Team, and the EDITION Brand team has been phenomenal. Building a team of 5 departments, 75 people and 17 nacionalities has been the best experience of my professional career. It is incrediable to see the energy and passion of these proffesionals to be the best of the best in their role. I am so excited that I have no words to describe how amazing the opening of the Miami Beach EDITION has been. Way too many emotions that I dont even feel tired. Cheers to all hoteliers and to passion. Be always the best in what you do.
