Against the current People with good intentions make promises, but people with good character keep them, Thanks Nesha Payne. I borrow this quote from your timeline. So I take it a little further and say, people with good intentions and character, make promises and keep them. I seldom foretell, that is give prophecies of things to come that are my predictions, I mostly tell forth,. like what I did with this quote. Without destroyoing the thought and giving credit to the first proposer I open it a little more as I see it. This is what I want to do a little this morning. Good morning friends and well wishers, may the glory of the Lord Jesus, who veiled himself in flesh and shared personally in our grief and sorrows, lift us to greater dimensions of progress and spiritual prosperity. Paul said I marvel how quickly some of you are moved from the gospel to preach another. He was quick to point out there really is none other but there be some that trouble us and preach another. Its okay, he was saying, there is only one foundation and that is Christ Jesus and we apostles have laid that foundation. So though we or an angel from heaven, preach any other unto you than that which we have preached, LET HIM BE ACCURSED, NOT BLESSED, BUT ACCURSED.FOR EMPHASIS, HE REPEATED THIS IT. Gal. I. 8 - 9. in the same way , I marvel how most preachers today openingly refute the teachings of the apostles, especially the Apostle Peter , whom the Lord Jesus promised the keys to the kingdom OF HEAVEN.Those that follow his instructions would be freed in heaven where sins are remitted and blotted out from the records and on earth, where the obedience takes place by faith. You see that the Lord Jesus in making these promises told us, Peter and the rest of the apostles, what would be necessary to be born again and enter the kingdom. The Lord Jesus stipulated that whatsoever this man preached as the keys would be backed by heaven and on earth. FOLLOWERS WOULD BE FREED from SINS COMMITTED ON EARTH AND IN HEAVEN WHERE JUDGMENT TAKES PLACE. The Lord Jesus said to Peter, what you bind and loose on earth would be bound and loosed in heaven. Matt I6. 16 - 18. HE FURTHER TOLD THIS MAN TO FEED MY LAMBS AND MY SHEEP. With this assurance, Acts 2.38 is to the honest observer with a good conscience, is the answer to the question , what shall we do to? What shall we do to be born again of water and the Spirit? Yet, so many self styled prophets and preachers in preaching and practicing what they feel, boldly say, we rather to follow Jesus rather than Peter, when they flaunt Matt. 28.I9 IN OUR FACE. THIS DISHONESTY IS HIDDEN from dishonest hearts for Matt 29. I9 WAS NOT WRITTEN TO TELL SINNERS HOW TO BE SAVED BUT ACTS 2.38 IS AND WAS. These preachers are saying to us that both the Lord Jesus and the Apostle Peter neither has good intentions or good character, for what they promised, they neither intended to keep or will keep. What we believe that will we preach AND by our disobedience or our obedience to the Lord Jesus, the judgment of good consciences will be shown.
