Ah yes,The Nguzo Saba(Seven Principles) of Kwanzaa IS STILL IN EFFECT yall :-)... Yesterday was the 4th principle which was,UJAMAA which means COOPERATIVE ECONOMICS. For by supporting our own NUBIAN/Blak businesses we can very well BUILD A NEW,BLACK WALL STREET(If you dont know what this term is, go do your research. Im speaking about Kwanzaa now if u dont mind ;-)). And today which IS our 5th principle IS,NIA which means,PURPOSE.. Hopefully we all HAVE 1(chuckle).. Now mind you, you can HAVE MORE than 1 PURPOSE in life.. But as the branches on a tree is connected to 1 TRUNK, your various meanings in life should be guided by 1 main divine purpose that makes you the person you are.. And for me my brothas,& sistas that purpose is MUSIC.. I dont just listen to music.. No, I AM MUSIC baby :-).. And i will move you through this artform, without a doubt... That IS my NIA... And i give thanks to thee almighty,& my ancestors for bestowing this great gift on thee I, because thru NIA, i can never truly know defeat or apathy.... Find, Be,& Know your NIA in life my people, and youll not know those two words like that either. At the very least youll be IMMUNE to them. And thats a great thing :-).
