Ahh, America the free, home of the brave. In the beginning, Americans were given the right to bear arms. But now, California state could strip your right to bear arms from you by simply passing this bill, and all it takes is one person to file paperwork and your right to bear arms is GONE. My problem with this is not only does such a thing stand a chance of actually passing, but at the same time, it could spread quickly through the country, completely annihilating your rights if it makes it to your state and if someone files against you, even if theyre simply suspicious.
