Ahhh Sunday evenings are my favorite! Relaxing and preparing for the week ahead I had a crazy busy weekend with going out dancing with my friends, running an obstacle course, camping out in the backyard, kids hockey games.... Woo hoo Im beat and I am ready to get back on track tomorrow! So with the announcement of the new Insanity Max 30 program coming this December I decided to do some T25! Man I just love ShaunT ❤️ He kicked my butt today!! How was your weekend?
