Here is another story of Philip Chiyangwa who has been happening for a while now until last week Friday Phillip Chiyangwa was brought to court with a matter that exposed his HIV status. Apparently he fathers a child with one Pamella Rusere a former Miss Zimbabwe beauty pageant organiser and model whom he beat thoroughly and caused the miscarriage of another of their child. For fear of victimization I have used a bogus account but I will attach the court stiry as presented in the Civil Court on 26/07/13. This flamboyant business man Phillip Chiyangwa has been dragged to court by his estranged lover Pamella Rusere who is claiming $7 500 as maintenance for herself and their minor child. Both parties said nothing in court but consented to postponement of the matter. Presiding magistrate Olivia Mariga postponed ruling of the matter to August 6 when the court will hear both parties. Chiyangwa and Rusere were last week heard before the domestic violence court where the latter was seeking a protection order. Rusere told the court that she had suffered a miscarriage due to continued assaults from Chiyangwa. The court heard she could not report incidences of assault because Chiyangwa had advised her not to report the matter because it would attract media attention. Chiyangwa was also being accused sending threatening messages to Ruseru and on July 1 sent her a message in which he threatened to expose Rusere’s HIV status if she reported incidences of assault to the police. Rusere also told the court that she was being harassed every time she goes to collect money for the upkeep of the child and herself from 160 Samora Machel. She had been told not return because she disturbed Chiyangwa’s peace. In response Chiyangwa, though his legal representative said insulting messages were reciprocal between the two and made a counter protection order application against Rusere. He said the two were not married or staying together and there was no proof from the police that she was being assaulted. He also said whatever amount Rusere needed for the upkeep of the children would be deposited into her bank account.” Asijiki Ndatenda Baba Jukwa
