Please note that I am a reputable breeder for 10+ years and if you doubt my credibility just GOOGLE Dazzledots Bengals and contact my clients. I have never broken one contract. I stand behind every cat Ive ever sold. I have opened my heart and time to people I dont know who have health issues with their cats. Those who Ive helped will vouch I always answer my phone, and I will spend hours on the computer helping them save kittens and solve health issues. With Terra Sinclair I created the Ultimate Bengal Cat Forum to provide a safe haven for Bengal breeders where no one is allowed to discount or attack those who post. The ONLY people -who would not 100% recommend me are those who are guilty of breaking signed contracts with me. And that speaks of their guilt and dishonesty. Having said that, I feel it is only fair to give this Canadian breeder 48 hours to step forward and do the honorable thing and refund my friend all of the thousands of dollars she stole from him. I think that is fair. Every person who has done something that violates honesty and ethics, deserves a chance to step up, be responsible, and make it right. Everyone deserves a second chance. But, if this breeder does not make it right, yes I do feel it is the right to post her name. This is not something I take on lightly. I do not endorse flaming the flames of breeder fall outs. And please note this has nothing to do with me personally. It is about a breeder who scammed and manipulated a friend of mine, a newbie, out of thousands of dollars and left him with nothing to show for the thousands of dollars he sent to her - on faith and trust. And when I expose this breeder, I will expose those two breeders who she is getting her secret cats from. These breeders - one in Germany and one in Russia - have been informed of the scam this breeder has accomplished, and thus far these two breeders have shown no interest in helping to resolve this issue of stolen funds from my friend. So these two breeders should also been named. The one breeder - in Germany - put my friends name on the original contract. He paid $3,500.00 of his own money towards this cat. The scammer told him he would co-own the cat. Then told him the Seller would not allow it. The Seller wrote his name in the original contract that he could breed to the male she sold to the scammer. But ONLY if the Queens were purchased from the scammer - no other females could be bred to this male. But then, at the request of the scammer, the Seller revised the contract and wrote up a new one, and took my friends name off the contract entirely without ever contacting him. Now the breeder - who is on vacation and doesnt want to be bothered with this issue - has said she is returning all funds to the scammer. This is not acceptable. The scammer went through just under $14,000.00 of my friends money that he sent her, and told she told me she has spent it all and she is broke. She told me she wants to resolve this issue but she wont send one penny to my friend. She refuses to borrow money from the bank to repay him. Well...if she is that broke, she should not be breeding cats. This is the worst case of theft Ive seen in all my years of breeding Bengals. Those who have been involved with the Bengal breed for a while might remember a Florida breeder who scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars internationally. The state of Florida would not pursue International Fraud with Florida tax-payer dollars, and the last I heard the Prosecutors Office was looking at escalating it to the FBI. That Florida breeder also stole $2,500.00 from me. I trusted her, but I never received payment. I have no financial investment or emotional investment with this Canadian scammer breeder. Only a commitment that when I see evil being done to people, I will not turn away and do nothing. I can confront it head on, and I will.
