Physical Therapist- Full-Time Alice Hyde Medical Center is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Physical Therapist in our Rehabilitation Department. This position is a full-time position and, reports to the Director of Rehabilitation. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, establish care plans, administer patient treatment, and utilize and direct care plans carried out by physical therapy assistants. Work setting will primarily be in the outpatient clinic, but may be required to float to the in-patient or Nursing Home setting. Hours can vary based on department needs, rotational weekend coverage may be required. Qualifications include: • Must be licensed to practice in New York State. • Must have the ability to work as part of a rehabilitation team • Ability to communicate and consult with physicians and other health care professionals regarding treatments and progress of patients • Ability to work in a fast paced Physical Therapy setting essential • Previous experience in Physical Therapy in the areas indicated preferred Competitive salary and benefit packages offered.
