All I can say right now is WOW......words can not describe the way I felt standing in the middle of that field at Ralph Wilson Stadium. To have the opportunity, of walking out to the 50 yard line and stand in the Buffalo Bills, field was incredibly amazing, Honoring, and overwhelming. As I turned around to see the sold out crowd, I was just so Humble to be able to sing and represent America, and the Buffalo Bills with the US National Anthem. I will be forever Grateful, and appreciative, for having the chance to perform at such a Great and well known venue. Thank you to my Family, and friends for accompanying me, and sharing in such a Fantastic day. I truly would like to thank MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION and Jessie Kalota, for being part of this day with me. Even with her struggles, and some hard times that she must deal with, that girl put a few things aside to share the experience with me, and be present at the game. I give her nothing but High Praises, and I hope that she is able to gain the strength to stay strong and fight the disease she is battling, because that girl has a heart of gold, and she is so kind. I am so glad I had the opportunity of meeting her and her mother Debbie Kalota, and her Aunt Barbara Schilling......THANK YOU very much for taking the time, and coming to spend the day with us. Having my Father down on the side lines with me was absolutely awesome, and even though my Mother wasnt there in person, I know that she was present and watching because I felt it, through her smile, and her LOVE. The way that I was able to feel her presence was through not only my Family and Friends, but I felt the response of the SOLD OUT CROWD, in the stadium. When the crowd started screaming and cheering, it made the whole time and my experience, that much more enjoyable. Thats the biggest crowd I have performed in front of, and I can not be more Humbly Grateful for the Love and Support, that is shown. Before we took the field for the Anthem, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the Buffalo Bills HALL of FAME players, and one of the TOP quarter backs of all time. Mr. Jim Kelly, had stopped over to see a few people, and decided to take a couple pictures with us. Jim is a Great man, who will always be an Icon in the Buffalo area. It was a Pleasure and an Honor to be able to speak with him and grab a quick photo together. Thanks Jim!, and many continued Prayers and Blessings for you my friend! Once the Anthem was completed, we went up to the Time Warner Box, where we had been givin the Greatest Hospitality. During our time there, Andre Reed was present after receiving his WELL DESERVED ring, and I gotta say, Andre is an Awesome guy and I appreciate the time he gave us to talk with us a bit and take a couple pictures. Thanks Andre, and I wish him the Best as well! So, all in all, ....yesterday was a Gift for me, and I can not be more Happy, Appreciative, Humble, and Grateful for the People, Fans, Friends, Family, and time. I THANK YOU ALL,for showing me the LOVE AND SUPPORT that you continue to show, and I want you all to know that it means the WORLD to me. One more quick thing,....I miss and love my Mother very much, and would have given anything to have her there with me for that experience. I didnt see it but someone had showed me a picture that was taken from the board that goes around with messages that said MAKE MOM PROUD....and I hope I did!!! God Bless yall, and I hope to see yall out there again real soon!!!
