All my life I wondered WHY humans seemed to be insane... wars, for example? I really thought I was misunderstanding something... surely it couldnt be large groups of humans murdering each other!?!? Racism? Abuse of each other? Treating others like garbage? How is all that even possible? Then about a year ago, a friend gave me a book I almost didnt read. Its The World Peace Diet by Dr. Will Tuttle. I thought what a lovely title, but Im already on the world peace diet and Ive read several books on the subject of veganism. I didnt think I needed to read another. But I started it and soon realized it wasnt anything like the others. This one is deeply researched and absolutely brilliant in making the connections between what we are doing to others and what we are doing to ourselves. I cannot praise the book highly enough.
