All the characters in the story are fictitious with no resemblance to any person living or dead, any such resemblance is purely co-incidental Once upon a time, there used to reside a group of people in darkness, devoid of light inside a cave. There was high amount of craving in the group for light, when one of them saw a lone person standing on a pathway coming out of the cave and directing people towards a source of light. He kept calling them while pointing his hand in the direction of the light. Most people did not believe him. Many accused of him having a hidden agenda or collusion with some “assumed” power structure in order to “divert” people. None of the residents of the caves, mired by their doubts and insecurities, did not join the person who was directing them towards the source of light. Meanwhile, on the other hand, a small group of people inside the cave got to know of a powerful group that used to control the distribution of light in that area. They approached the light controllers and signed a deal with them in order to get light. The light controllers knew that once they provide light to this group of cave residents, let us call them as dissidents, other group of cave residents would also ask for light. Hence, in order to alleviate that demand, the light controllers struck a deal with the dissidents that, in such a situation, they would launch mass attack on the cave dwellers and the dissidents would not only cooperate with the light controller in launching the attack but also ensure to dilute resistance against the attack. And, then as the news spread that dissidents have access to a source of light, other group of residents also started demanding light. As decided, the light controllers launched a massive attack against this demand of residents and a lot of innocents died in the attack. There was commotion and brouhaha as a reaction to the attack. One group of people, known as the aggressors wanted to finish off the dissidents as they were identified to be the root cause of all this mess, chaos and destruction. Another group of people known as peacemakers tried to broker peace between the dissidents and aggressors. While there was one more of people called executioners who condemned all the people for not believing the lone person who was showing the source to light “Free of Cost” and also to all the “neutral” people who kept quiet while the dissident brokered deal with the light controllers. While, all this chaos was going on, the lone person realized his mistake in offering the source of light for free and he shut down his free shop and put a hoarding asking for a fee for the source of light. And the chaos continues, as people refused to take a stand for themselves.
