Allah’s Acceptance and Satisfaction (Goals in Life) The astute and the witty is the one who defines goals in life and seeks to achieve them. My child, let Allah’s acceptance and satisfaction for all your actions and behaviours be the first goal you set in your life. You are accountable for all of these in your life and you will be judged based on these actions in the hereafter; whatever actions were meant for sake of Allah will be counted towards your acceptable deeds, yet all actions not meant for sake of Allah will be counted towards your odious deeds… and my child, we all need every fraction of our actions to be counted in our good deeds. So my child, I ask you to put Allah’s acceptance and satisfaction as your top priority in life; and make a habit of asking yourself always: Does my action satisfy Allah? If the answer is yes, then execute your actions with all the powers that Allah has bestowed upon you. However, if the answer is no, then leave that action and have peace in your heart that it is not meant for your well-being; even if you strongly desire it.
